Employee bank account change
When an employee request to change his bank account we need to follow next steps:
- Ask the employees for the bank account's name and the SWIFT CODE.
- Update the new account in Odoo
- Update the new account in the file "Ficha del trabajador" ( ...\Admin - HR\Activity\Employees\ )
- Send an email to laura@filab.es from Filab in order to notify the account (account number + SWIFT CODE) change (they need to update the account number in their DDBB)
- Answer the employee that the change has been successful.
To take into account:
- The change will be effective one month after the notification
- It is not mandatory but request a bank certificate that validates the bank account holder and the account is a good practice in order to switch on the "trust" option in Odoo
