Bank accounts trust conditions

To change the status of a bank account from not trusted to trusted an account must comply one of this conditions:

1. A payment has already been made to this account.
2. Never a payment has been made to this account but a certificate of ownership has been received from the payee.

If neither of the conditions are met, some scenarios can be considered to proceed for the payment:

• The payee is well known and there is a clear proofs of the operations (e.g.  an official DELL bill for buying 2 laptops)
• The payee is not well known and the total amount is small (less than 500€).

For the rest of cases, report the CFO is required.
